Infruit Events Private Limited provides event planning, management, and coordination services tailored to Client requirements.            Specific services will be outlined in a signed contract prior to the commencement of any work.

4. Booking and Payment

1. Booking Confirmation:
   • All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and payment of a non-refundable deposit, typically 25% of the total service fee.
2. Payment Terms:
   • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
   • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed upon.
3. Late Payments:
   • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the signed agreement.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Client Cancellation:
   • Deposits are non-refundable.
   • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
2. Company Cancellation:
   • In the unlikely event that Infruit Events Private Limited needs to cancel, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.

6. Liability

1. Client Responsibility:
   • The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring the safety of all attendees.
2. Company Responsibility:
   • InFruit Events Private Limited will take reasonable steps to ensure the success of the event but is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, vendor failures).
3. Limitations:
   • Infruit Events Private Limited’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

7. Use of Third-Party Vendors

Infruit Events Private Limited may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors. While we strive to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for their actions or failures.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, designs, or concepts created by Infruit Events Private Limited remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the planning process unless required by law.
